CHORIZO SAUSAGE
This mischievous orange CHORIZO sausage gets its great color and pleasant taste from hot and sweet paprika. In addition to cumin, cayenne and chili, it is an undeniably spicy sausage.
Grill the sausage over a high heat to an internal temperature of 75 degrees.
